In 2019, I created my first balloon arch for my baby shower. However, when the Covid pandemic hit, we had to shift from in-person balloon decor services to curbside deliveries. This led to a change in our business model from balloon decor to supplying equipment, tools, and also virtual assistance to customers. We quickly adapted and began specializing in a range of events, including parties, weddings, corporate events, and even grand openings. Our work has been featured on The Brockton Enterprise and Boston's WBZ news radio. We have also collaborated with multiple event planners.
